A refreshing twist on classic iced coffee. Cold brew mixed with ground cardamom, a touch of sweetness, and milk or cream. Simple to make and full of warm, aromatic flavor.

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled or cold brew
- ¼ –½ cup milk or cream to taste
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 –2 teaspoons sugar or sweetener adjust to taste
- Ice cubes
Brew the coffee and let it cool completely (or use cold brew).
In a glass or small pitcher, stir together the coffee, ground cardamom, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
Top with milk or cream and stir gently.
Serve immediately.
