Ingredients

  • 240 g ripe tomatoes diced (2 pieces)
  • 10 g onion finely chopped (1 tablespoon)
  • 5 g green chili minced, optional (1 piece)
  • 1 g cumin powder ½ teaspoon
  • 0.5 g chili flakes ¼ teaspoon
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 5 g chopped coriander or basil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • 180 g baguette or sourdough slices 6 slices

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, chili, cumin, chili flakes, olive oil, herbs, and salt.
  • Toast bread slices until crisp.
  • Spoon tomato mixture on top and serve immediately.
