- 3½ tablespoons rapeseed or vegetable oil
- 1½ teaspoons fine salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 tablespoons chickpea gram flour
