Spiced Nuts served in a bowl, coated with chili, cumin, and honey glaze for a sweet and savory flavor.

Spiced Nuts are that perfect blend of crunch and flavor; a handful that feels both indulgent and wholesome. Whether you roast them in the oven or toss them on a pan, the result is always irresistible: golden nuts coated in a mix of spices, sweetness, and just enough heat to keep things interesting.

The idea of seasoning nuts has ancient roots, from Middle Eastern markets to Indian spice bazaars. In India, masala nuts are sold fresh by street vendors, often tossed with salt, pepper, and chaat masala. Over time, this tradition of spicing nuts traveled globally; from glazed pecans in the West to chili-roasted cashews in the East. Today, they’ve become a gourmet staple, perfect for parties, gifts, or just smart snacking.

They’re quick to make, endlessly customizable, and dangerously addictive; the kind of snack you promise to have “just one more handful” of… and then don’t stop.

Yes toast on a pan over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, stirring often.

Are spiced nuts healthy?
Yes they’re full of good fats and protein, but moderation is key if using honey or butter.

Can I make them ahead for parties?
